Each base will run continuously with Scouts rotating every 30 minutes in the morning and every 45 minutes in the afternoon.
If we have a big turn out (more than 25ish), then we will double up on the bases.
There will be a nominal cost of £1 per Scout to ensure a degree of commitment, and a hot lunch will be provided (sausages or burgers). Although, they can bring packed lunches too.
Please confirm numbers by Monday 30th March 2015, but bring your Activity Forms and Cash along on the day.
We will also need a good number of appropriately sized spades, hand axes and bow saws. The Campsite will purchase a quantity for the day, but if your Troop or Group can also bring some, please let me know numbers asap.
For safety reasons, any inappropriate behaviour by a Scout will result in them being immediately sent home.
