World Scout Jamboree 2027

The World Scout Jamboree 2027 is being held in Poland on the Island of Wyspa Sobieszewska in Gdańsk, from 30th July to 8th August 2027. 

Applications are open to all Young People whose Date of Birth falls between 30th July 2009 and 30th July 2013.

In the summer of 2027, more than 40,000 Scouts from all over the world will gather in Poland for the 26th World Scout Jamboree. The theme for this Jamboree is "Bravely".

Thousands of UK young people aged 14 to 17 and their leaders will be there, we'll call ourselves the UK Contingent.

Application Process

As there are up to 4  spaces from Swanley District  towards the UK Contingent, spaces are extremely limited and there is an application process to follow. There is a form to fill out (found below) 

The closing date to apply is 10pm on Saturday 27th September 2025.

A parent's information evening will be help at Longfield and Hartley Scout Hall at 7.30pm on 25th September 2025.
