Downe Activity Centre Community Work Day

Following the huge success of our first Friends of Downe Community Work Day we will be having another on Saturday 6th November.
Are you able to come along and help with a little TLC for the site?
The day will run from 9.30am to 3.00pm, if you are able to join us for part or all the day you are very welcome.
We will be cutting and clearing the grass/weeds/bushes/paths etc as well as cleaning buildings. We would be very grateful if you could bring along any tools and equipment that would be suitable (nothing with a power cord). If you don’t have any equipment, please come along anyway, we will always find you something to do!

Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided, please bring a mug!
Please note no camping or overnight stays will be permitted. Children are welcome, but must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
Everyone aged eleven years and over must fill in a registration form.
