Beaver Scouts
Beaver Scouts are young people aged between six and eight. They are the first and youngest Section in the Scouting family.
Beaver Scouts enjoy making friends, playing games, going on visits and helping others. We usually meet together once a week in a Beaver Scout Colony. We do loads of Badges where you can learn lots of new skills and have fun.
Beaver Challenge Badges help prepare the youngsters for the Cub Scout Section and we have a special ceremony where they join the Cubs.
We also have a wide range of Activity Badges where they can learn new skills and be rewarded for improving their knowledge.

Swanley has several highly successful Beaver Colonies, run by highly trained adult volunteers. Whether you live in Swanley or one of the nearby villages, there will be a Beaver Colony near you.
