COVID-19
The Campsite can only be booked when the
NYA COVID-19 Readiness Level for England is AMBER, YELLOW or GREEN.
A Campsite Warden and the Swanley District Commissioner must be notified immediately should a member of your Group test positive for Covid-19 within 2 weeks after a booking.
Readiness level:
YELLOW
Section meetings can take place outdoors only.
No limit on group size but remain as only one section meeting independently of others.
Campsite may be booked for Activity Evenings and Activity Days.
Note: Where small sections may struggle to be viable to operate independently they may join with another section at this time.
Note: The number of adults present should be limited to those who are required to be present to support the activity. It's important to remember that we're still in the middle of the pandemic and we all have the duty to make sure we're following the letter and spirit of the guidance.

No limit on group size for outdoor meetings but remain as only one section meeting independently of others.
Campsite may be booked for Activity Evenings and Activity Days.
Readiness level: GREEN
No restrictions on group sessions or sizes.
Campsite may be booked for Activity Evenings, Activity Days and Overnight Camping.
The leader responsible for the booking is to ensure that the following procedures are followed, and checks completed when using the Campsite for Activity Evenings or Activity Days when the COVID-19 Readiness Level is AMBER or YELLOW. |
The above procedures & checks are based on the Risk Assessment for the Campsite and must be used in conjunction with your own Risk Assessment. |
